ICICI bank invites Applications from eligible candidates for
the post of probationary officer Recruitment. It is an initiative of ICICI Bank
to attract young talent from across the country to pursue a career in banking.
It is an attempt to create specialists with banking knowledge and skills.
ICICI Bank is India's largest private sector bank
with total assets of Rs. 5,367.95 billion. The Bank has a network of 3,130
branches and 10,486 ATMs in India,
and has a presence in 19 countries, including India.
ICICI Bank Vacancies : ICICI Bank has not published the
total vacancies.
Important Dates:
1) Candidates have to apply before 30th July, 2013
2)The Aptitude Test is likely to be held in August 2013
followed by Group Discussions/Interviews in August/September 2013 for the
applicants who clear the Aptitude Test.
Educational Qualification : Minimum 55% graduation is
required.
Age Limit : within 25 years
Selection Procedure for ICICI Bank PO
Jobs:
The selection will be through a multi-stage selection
process comprising of:
- Online Aptitude test
- Online Psychometric Assessment
- Case-based Group Discussion (GD)
- Personal Interview (PI)
After Selection:
You will undergo a 9 months intensive residential classroom
training and 3 months internship with a stipend. To pursue the Probationary
Officer Training Programme, interested students will have to invest Rs. 3.00
lakh plus service tax, as applicable, totally amounting to Rs. 3.35 lakh which
would be provided by ICICI Bank as a loan at a subsidized interest rate of 2.5%
p.a.On successful completion of the training and internship, the Probationary
Officers will be absorbed as Assistant Managers (Band I) in the Bank. The loan
is to be repaid by Probationary Officers in equated monthly installment (EMI)
after joining the Bank.
