Executive Board of AITA appointed new CEO of AITA

Hironmoy Chatterjee, Secretary of the Bengal Tennis Association was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The All India Tennis Association (AITA).

The decision was taken by the Executive Board of the AITA, that is headed by Anil Khanna as the president, in consultation with the Life President, Yashwant Sinha.

The CEO will have a team that would include:

1) 3 Senior Executive Directors

2) CFO (Chief Finance Officer)

3) A Development Director

4) 10 full-time paid staff plus coaches.

The decision was based on the management model of the tennis associations in the U.S., UK and Australia.
