IB ( Intelligence Bureau ) recently invited applications for
the post of IB ACIO Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, in the Intelligence
Bureau. Every year lakhs of candidates appeared for IB ACIO Exam. This year to

Intelligence Bureau ( IB ), isn’t only
India’s
internal intelligence agency. But it is also the one of oldest Intelligence
agency. IB was formed in 1887. Its Headquarter is situated in the
New Delhi. Its Parent
Agency is Ministry of Home Affairs. Most of the times Even family members of
the Peoples working in Intelligence Bureau doesn’t knows about their work. Assistant
Central Intelligence Officer is conducted by IB.
This year there are 750 posts of Assistant Central
Intelligence Officer in Intelligence Bureau and MHA.

IB ACIO Written Exam Pattern:
IB ACIO Exam consists of Objective type & Descriptive
type. Both the Objective & Descriptive Examinations will be held in a
single session.
Written Test for Assistant Central Intelligence Officer is
divided into two parts :
Paper 1 – Objective Type Questions
Paper 2 – Descriptive type long questions and have to
attempt only in English.
The total duration for both Papers is 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Paper I will consist of questions on General
Awareness/General Knowledge, Reasoning, Comprehension and Mathematical ability
while Paper II will be of English writing skill and analytical capability.
