title of French Open Tennis tournament. In the final, she defeated Maria
Sharapova.
C. Bob and Mike Bryan won Doubles Title at French
Open 2013.
3) Indian Girl's
team won the Gold medal in the
Slovak Junior ITTF Open Table Tennis tournament held in Senec, Slovakia.
In the title clash, the Indian Girls, beat Serbia.
4) Raghav Joneja,
became the Youngest Indian to climb Everest at the age of 15 Years.
5) Thailand Open Grand Prix : India's Srikanth K clinched the
Thailand Open Grand Prix Gold Badminton trophy. In the Men's Singles title
clash, 13th seed Srikanth defeated top seed Boonsak Ponsana.
6) Manjeet Singh
bagged a Silver medal for India
at the 3rd China Open boxing tournament.
7) Sebastian Vettel on 10 June 2013 won
the Canadian Grand Prix at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal.
